Terms of Use of AdeReview.com
This agreement ("Agreement") between AdeReview.com ("AdeReview") and you defines your rights. Prior to registering for AdeReview, please read the Agreement completely. By completing a registration for AdeReview, you are agreeing to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use AdeReview.
AdeReview reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, without notice, effective upon posting of a link to them on the web site.
You must be 16 years or older to register for AdeReview and registering with AdeReview, you warrant that you are at least 16 years old.
AdeReview reserves the right to suspend or terminate your registration without notice upon any breach of this Agreement by you.
Registration with AdeReview is for your sole, personal use. Your account is not transferable and may not be assigned to others.
Conduct On AdeReview.com
By using your account on AdeReview, you agree that:
• Your contributions ("posts") are solely the responsibility of you.
• You will NOT post on AdeReview any abusive, profane, harassing, illegal or offensive material, or anything that violates the rights of others (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). You agree to use AdeReview in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. You warrant and represent that the information you post is honest and accurate.
• You will post only items that are yours to post and not covered by copyright restrictions.
Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AdeReview, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of AdeReview, including, but not limited to, any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.
Content on AdeReview
The materials posted on AdeReview.com are the opinions and statements of the writers of those statements and not of AdeReview. As such authors are entirely responsible for the accuracy of such content.
AdeReview makes no warranty of the usefulness, completeness or the accuracy of any information on AdeReview.com. Should any loss or damage result from reliance on information posted on AdeReview, AdeReview will not be responsible.
Information Removal
You understand and agree that, even t your request, the material on AdeReview will not be removed. We reserve the right to remove profanity or objectionable material, but are under no obligation to do so.
Misuse of AdeReview
Several anti-fraud and other measures to prevent the misuse of our website have been implemented by AdeReview. Those who try to bypass these efforts are subject to forfeiture of all AdeReview credits earned and account cancellation.
Inappropriate use of AdeReview includes, but is not limited to:
• Accessing or visiting AdeReview with a bot or automated program
• Fraudulently creating, or attempting to create, multiple accounts
• Creating a new account after previous account cancellation or deletion
• IP obfuscation or using proxy servers to hide your real IP address for any reason
• Submitting false or incorrect information on an account application
Users may only have one account. We will cancel your previously created account(s) should you create, accidentally or deliberately, more than one.
Rights Granted
You automatically grant, and you warrant that you have the right to grant, to AdeReview a perpetual, irrevocable, license to use information and content by posting information or content to any public area of the AdeReview website.
Your Details
AdeReview will keep confidential all information supplied by you to AdeReview, except where noted, and will use that information only for the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law. You are legally allowed to post comments anonymously, however, at our discretion, the personally identifying information of any user who is found to have posted numerous complaints about the same company and/or individual using different pseudonyms may lose the confidential protections afforded by this section.
Disclaimer of Warranty
AdeReview provides the site "as is" and grants no warranties of any kind in connection with AdeReview. AdeReview specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AdeReview does not warrant that AdeReview's connection to the internet will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in AdeReview will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will AdeReview be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of AdeReview. In addition, AdeReview disclaims all liability for the acts or omissions of other members or users of AdeReview.
General Provisions
The failure of AdeReview to enforce any portion of the Terms does not imply a waiver of rights or provisions. This Agreement, accepted by registering for an Account, is the entire agreement between AdeReview and you regarding the use of the AdeReview site.
This Agreement may only be amended upon notice by AdeReview to you, or in writing signed by you and an authorized official of AdeReview. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the Terms will survive termination of your registration with AdeReview. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Copyright Policy/DMCA Notices
AdeReview shall terminate site access of any user who unlawfully transmits copyrighted material on AdeReview without a license to do so. Users who post content to AdeReview, regardless of nature, must ensure that content may be posted and does not infringe the copyrights of third parties.
